Day-Wise Itinerary
Day 1: Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok
Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB), meet our representative and transfer to Gangtok, the beautiful capital of Sikkim. Check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. In the evening, explore M.G. Marg, enjoy local shopping, or relax at your hotel. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 2: Gangtok Sightseeing – Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to the stunning Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir, located approximately 55 km one way from Gangtok. Admire the beautiful mountain scenery and the peaceful surroundings of the high-altitude lake before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay in Gangtok.
Note: If Tsomgo Lake is closed due to landslides or poor road conditions, alternative sightseeing will be arranged. Nathula Pass permits are subject to availability. Nathula is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and advance notice of at least three days is required to request a permit. Charges may be non-refundable if a permit is issued but the road later closes due to weather.
Day 3: Gangtok to Lachen – Scenic Waterfalls
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive towards Lachen, a picturesque mountain village in North Sikkim. En route, visit Singhik Viewpoint, Seven Sisters Waterfall, and Naga Waterfall. Enjoy the scenic Himalayan landscapes along the way and arrive in Lachen by evening. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 4: Lachen – Chopta Valley & Gurudongmar Lake – Lachung
Start early for an excursion to the beautiful Chopta Valley and the spectacular Gurudongmar Lake, surrounded by dramatic high-altitude mountain scenery. After sightseeing, return to the hotel for lunch and proceed towards Lachung. Arrive by evening, enjoy dinner, and settle in for an overnight stay in Lachung.
Day 5: Lachung – Yumthang Valley – Gangtok
After breakfast, visit Yumthang Valley, popularly known as the Valley of Flowers, famous for its natural beauty and mountain landscapes. Return to your resort for lunch before driving back to Gangtok. En route, admire the scenic Bheema and Twin Waterfalls. On arrival, check in to your hotel for an overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 6: Gangtok to Bagdogra Airport
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) for your return journey. Depart with wonderful memories of Sikkim’s majestic mountains, beautiful valleys, and spectacular lakes.
